Both the top and front have big windows framed by a pattern of red and gold umbrellas and flowers on a deep red background, reminiscent of both the song itself as well as kimono patterns. The material is pretty sturdy as expected for a box of that size. Teto comes in a huge, heavy cardboard box. Well then, without further ado let’s get to the review. However, I’m quite weak when it comes to beautiful kimonos and seeing how stunning the prototype looked this was a day one preorder for me. While I did look up the song beforehand, I don’t know much about Teto and seeing how the music is definitely not my cup of tea (love the lyrics though) I can’t exactly say I care all that much about her. The figure is based on the song “Yoshiwara Lament”. Today I’ll be taking a look at a figure of Kasane Teto wearing a courtesan outfit made by Good Smile Company. I don’t usually do these disclaimers anymore, but even by my standards this review is extremely picture-heavy.
